WWII Evacuee Boy - Brown & Green
As soon as the World War II started, in September 1939, thousands of children were evacuated from the main cities as London, Birmingham and Portsmouth to preserve them from the Nazi bombing.
Today schools help the children to know better this dramatic period of their history having them dressed up as the evacuee boys of the 1940’s.
This beautiful outfit recreates what was their look, with a green top and attached beige shirt, a matching bag with ‘Air Raid Precautions’ written on it and a label tag to fill in. Also included to complete the look is a grey cap in the 1940’s style. You just need to add your own black or brown trousers and you’re ready to evacuate!
