Skull and Horns Voodoo Top Hat

This top hat is made from a black felt material with a black elasticated band lined on the inside to ensure comfort while wearing. The hat has an aged looking small skull on the front with attached brown, white and orange assorted feather. At either side of the hat there is two patches of grey fur and attached horns with a bone like design on them.
