Blue and White Balloon Centrepiece Kit

Contains
•    5 large white balloons
•    5 large blue balloons
•    5 small blue balloons
•    5 small white balloons
•    An assortment of silver circles and squares
•    1 roll of plastic balloon tape

Instructions
1.    Blow up the balloon varying the sizes
2.    Unroll the plastic balloon tape and leave about 2 inches of balloon tape free at each end
3.    Pull balloon knots through the tape in alternating colours and sizes
4.    When completed, place using the balloon tape and something heavy to secure (maybe a balloon weight). Balloon placement can be adjusted to refine the shape
5.    Spread out the confetti as desired around the table.
